• Supabase authentication data. If you sign in, Supabase may process your email address, authentication identifiers, sign-in session data, and security metadata needed to provide access to your account.
• Profile data. We may store profile details such as your display name, preferred language, and other profile fields you choose to provide.
• Appointments, missions, pack data, and sync state. If you save appointments, missions, pack information, check-in data, or similar records, the app may sync that data through Supabase so it is available across your devices.
• Purchase and entitlement data. If you subscribe or buy an in-app purchase, we may process purchase identifiers, receipt metadata, transaction status, and entitlement state through RevenueCat and the applicable app store.

Device permissions and user-selected content

• Location information. If you allow location access, the app can use your device location to show map and route information, calculate checkpoint distances, and provide nearby context. Location is used only for the features you invoke.
• Camera. If you allow camera access, the app can scan mission or pack QR codes. QR scan data is processed to complete the scan; camera frames are not stored unless you choose a feature that clearly saves them.
• Photos, documents, and attachments. If you choose to attach photos, documents, or files, the app processes only the items you select. Selected files can be stored locally, synced when you choose to sync, or sent if you explicitly share them.
• Local notifications. The app can schedule reminders and alerts on your device. Notification schedules are stored locally and handled by your operating system.
• Encrypted document vault. If you use the document vault, the app stores files on your device in encrypted form.

Support and website usage

• Support messages. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message content, and any screenshots or files you attach.
• Map and routing resources. The app may load map tiles, routing services, map libraries, and CDN-hosted resources to render maps and directions. Those providers may receive your IP address, location coordinates, user-agent, and request details needed to return the requested content.
• This website. When you visit these public pages, our hosting and analytics tools may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and page interactions.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate app features, including sign-in, profile sync, appointments, packs, and support.
• Process subscriptions and purchases and determine entitlement status.
• Use location only for map, route, and distance features you choose to use.
• Scan mission or pack QR codes when you use the camera feature.
• Store attachments, documents, and vault files locally or in synced storage when you choose to save them.
• Send and respond to support requests and attachments.
• Schedule local reminders and notifications on your device.
• Improve reliability, security, and supportability of the app and website.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking for Perrijón Perros de Gijón.

Depending on the feature you use, data may be shared with these types of providers:

• Supabase for authentication, profile data, and optional sync/storage features.
• RevenueCat and the applicable app store for subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Map, routing, and CDN providers for map tiles, directions, and map libraries.
• Email providers when you contact support or send attachments.
• Website hosting and analytics providers for apps.ivkey.com pages.

Some of these providers process information under their own privacy policies and as our service providers, depending on the feature and configuration in use.

Data retention

• On-device data such as preferences, downloads, reminders, attachments, and vault files is kept on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app storage where your operating system supports that option, or uninstall the app.
• Synced account data is kept while your account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
• Support emails may be retained as needed to respond and for recordkeeping.
• Technical logs may be retained temporarily for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Access, deletion, and permissions

You can delete local content such as attachments, documents, and reminders inside the app. You can also withdraw permissions for Location, Camera, Photos, and Notifications in your device settings at any time. If you withdraw a permission, related features may stop working until you grant the permission again.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. The encrypted document vault stores files in encrypted form on your device, and we recommend keeping your device protected with a screen lock and current operating system updates.

Children's privacy

Perrijón Perros de Gijón is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy
