This Privacy Policy describes how we process information when you use the Stageora - Live Show Control Android app (package com.ivkeyminds.stageora).

Who we are

Information we process

Stageora is a fully offline show-control app. All core processing happens on your device. Depending on how you use the app, the app may process:

• On-device project data. Tracks, script text, cues, widget layouts, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Local media files. Audio and artwork files you add to a project are stored locally and used only to run your show.
• Optional exports. If you export a .stageora.zip project and share it using other apps, that transfer is initiated by you.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate app features for live show control.
• Store and restore your projects on your device.
• Export and import your projects when you request it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not send project data to our servers by default.

• Data leaves your device only when you explicitly share exported files.
• Shared file handling is then subject to the policies of the external app or service you choose.

Data retention

• On-device data (tracks, cues, scripts, settings, and media references) is kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Exported files remain wherever you share or back them up.

Access and deletion

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can:

• Delete individual projects and assets from inside the app.
• Clear all app data in Android settings.
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data.

Security

Stageora does not require an internet connection for core functionality. Keep your device protected with lock-screen security and OS updates.
