When contacting support, include your device model, Android version, app version, and clear steps to reproduce the issue.

Cue did not trigger: verify cue time and assigned track in Setup, then test playback before going live.
Autoplay timing feels off: check your timeline start point and ensure no manual seeks were made during playback.
Track is silent: check media volume, per-track volume, fade values, and Bluetooth/output route.
Script not auto-scrolling: confirm cue tags like [CUE:TrackName] are valid and match track names.
Project import/export fails: make sure there is enough free storage and that the selected file is a valid .stageora.zip bundle.
App crashes or freezes: try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart the device and send support details by email.
